Kate Chan Return Guidelines
Your complete and utter satisfaction with your Kate Chan Sustainable Fashion purchase is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we ask you return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.
To return your Kate Chan purchase, please follow these simple steps:
- You must ship your Return to Kate Chan postmarked within 30 days of the purchase invoice date
- Your Return must be in its original condition and must not be altered in any way
- Kate Chan is not responsible for return shipping
- Please include the original Packing Slip with your Return. If the original Packing Slip is not available, please download and include the Kate Chan RETURN FORM.
Please make sure to ship your Return via traceable shipping method such as USPS, UPS, Fedex etc. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. The cost of returns are not paid for by Kate Chan and will not be reflected in your refund amount.

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 – 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email to the address associated with you account/order when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.
Unfortunately, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one Kate Chan item in place of another, simply return your original purchase by following the above Return Guidelines and place a new order for the item you would like.
Incorrect or Defective Items:
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Kate Chan Online Store Customer Service within 30 days of invoice date to request a Call Tag. Please include the original Packing Slip or Kate Chan Return Form with your return, and note the specific defect or error.
